Results of the 27th Eye Open
A calm and slightly overcast morning greeted the Eye Open golfers at the beautiful Eisenhower golf course - United States Air Force Academy.

The Optic Cup / Optic Bear Shootout
Re-Capturing the Cup: Dr. Dave Lee, Mr. Mr. Andy Burwell, Mr. Rick Kumar, and Mr. Brian Lindsey, tamed the par 72 Blue ourse and shot a 12 under 60! Andy had the added honor of his first hole-in-one on #7! He joins Clark Dwyer and Dean Carlson as members of the Eye Open 'Hole-in-One' Hall of Fame!
Defending Optic Cup Champions Dr. Mike Coatney, Dr. Don Schlomer, Dr. Cory Smith, and Mr. Nick Runstadler form Rocky Mountain Eye Center also shot a blistering 12 under par 60 but lost in a tiebreaker and captured the much 'softer & cuter' Optic Bear!
